Austin Towne, Realtor®

Before I got into Real Estate,  I completed my electrical apprenticeship -working on  all types of structures from custom homes to commercial high-rises, and experience that gave me inside knowledge of the different types of construction.

Growing up with a  entrepreneur Father,  I was lucky to have been taught from a young age how important work ethic, follow up, and organization is for growing a business. I have made these traits a daily part of my business and clients that work with me can expect to recieve my loyalty, honesty and hard work.

I got into real estate because it’s a  evolving  industry where I get to problem solve, help people.  also really enjoy the marketing aspect of Real Estate, coming up with creative ways to market properties using social media platforms, videos and innovative print advertising and signage.  After finishing the real estate lisencing course at the University of British Columbia, I started the sharp learning curve of being a new REALTOR®  helping first time home buyers get into their own Condos & Townhomes as well as clients  buying and selling recreational property, detached homes and Acreage properties. Working with a large variety of clients, I found there was one thing that worked well with each and every client and that is being honest and up front.

I am very lucky to have grown up in the lower mainland because it is filled with beautiful places to see and lots of things to do. When I am not working I am outside hiking, kayaking, pickup games of basketball or during the summer months going to beach and going boating.  If I’m not outside, I’m mostly likely learning. I love to read and listen to podcasts to keep up to date in real estate,  marketing and entrepreneurship.
